Completing Treatment Plan Work

If a patient accepts the treatment plan and the work is performed, you can post the treatment plan procedures as actual work from the charting module.

To post completed treatment plan work, select an option:

To complete primary treatment plan items on the Restorative tab in the Charting for window:To complete primary treatment plan items on the Restorative tab in the Charting for window:Select Mode > Complete Primary Treatment Plan Items. The Treatment Plan Items window is displayed. Select the items, and click OK. A message asks you to post all items for the treatment group. Click the appropriate button, and click OK.
To complete secondary treatment plan items on the Restorative tab in the Charting for window:To complete secondary treatment plan items on the Restorative tab in the Charting for window:Select Mode > Complete Secondary Treatment Plan Items. A message asks you to post all items for the treatment group. Click Yes.
To complete tertiary treatment plan items on the Restorative tab in the Charting for window:To complete tertiary treatment plan items on the Restorative tab in the Charting for window:Select Mode > Complete Tertiary Treatment Plan Items. A message asks you to post all items for the treatment group. Click Yes.
To complete primary treatment plan items on the Treatment Planning tab in the Charting for window:To complete primary treatment plan items on the Treatment Planning tab in the Charting for window:Select Complete primary treatment plan items on the Treatment Plan toolbar. A message asks you to post all items for the treatment group. Click Yes.
To complete secondary treatment plan items on the Treatment Planning tab in the Charting for window:To complete secondary treatment plan items on the Treatment Planning tab in the Charting for window:Select Complete secondary treatment plan items on the Treatment Plan toolbar. A message asks you to post all items for the treatment group. Click Yes.
To complete tertiary treatment plan items on the Treatment Planning tab in the Charting for window:To complete tertiary treatment plan items on the Treatment Planning tab in the Charting for window:Select Complete tertiary treatment plan items on the Treatment Plan toolbar. A message asks you to post all items for the treatment group. Click Yes.
To complete a specific treatment plan item on the Treatment Planning tab in the Charting for window:To complete a specific treatment plan item on the Treatment Planning tab in the Charting for window:Select the item, and select Complete selected treatment plan items on the Treatment Plan toolbar. A message asks you to post the item. Click Yes.
To complete a specific treatment plan item in the Clinical Detail Tab Container:To complete a specific treatment plan item in the Clinical Detail Tab Container:Select the treatment plan item, right-click, and select Mark As Completed. A message asks you to post the item. Click Yes.

If Add Clinical Notes While Posting is selected in the Chart Options window, the Add Clinical Notes window is displayed. Add the notes, and click Yes.
