Running the Capital Letter Format Utility

Run this utility:to dictate which entries are capitalized. You can opt to capitalize the first letter or capitalize the whole word.

To set the capitalization options:

1. Instruct all users to exit the software.

2. Select Start > All Programs > SoftDent Software > SoftDent Utilities. The SoftDent Login window is displayed.

3. Type your user name and password and click OK. The SoftDent Utilities window is displayed.

4. Select Customize > Capital Letter Format. The Capital Letters Format Utility window is displayed.

5. Select the option and click OK.

6. Restart the software.
