Setting Clinical Condition Overrides

To set a login and password override to enable an employee to access the database:

  1. Select System > Change System Settings > System Security > Security Overrides > Clinical Settings. The System Settings - Override Settings window is displayed.

  2. Click the Clinical 2 tab.

  3. Select Add Clinical Conditions and do one of the following:

  4. To enable a user to access the information after entering a password:To enable a user to access the information after entering a password:select Enter Password from the drop-down list and type a password.

  5. To enable a user to access the information after entering another user’s name and password:To enable a user to access the information after entering another user’s name and password:select User Login.

  1. Click OK and click Close.
