Accessing the Contact Expert from a Contact List

You can access the contact expert from existing contact lists. These lists are generated by reports.

To access the contact expert from a contact list:

1. Select Contact Expert from the Experts menu. The Pending Contact Lists window is displayed.

2. Select an option:

3. Double-click a list.

4. Select a list and select Load this List from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu.

5. Select a list and type T.

The Contact Expert window is displayed.
