Using Color Mode

When the Book At A Glance window is displayed in color mode, the following is displayed in the title bar:

• Name of the book

• Day

• Date

• Slot that is selected

• Displayed book (practice or provider)

When you use color scheduling:

• Open time slots in each column are displayed in the scheduling colors just as in the Daily Appointments window.

• Appointments are indicated by a yellow background and a border color that you select.

• All provider assigned time slots are cross-hatched.

• Blocked slots are displayed in the same color as in the Daily Appointments window.

• Slot notes are displayed with a border color that you select.

To view information in the Book At A Glance window in color mode, click View Colors at the top of the window.
