Running the Clear Scheduler Block Utility

Run this utility to remove blocked-out colors and times in scheduling windows. Use this utility when you have mistakenly copied blocked-out time slots for a future date.

To clear scheduler blocked color or slot notes:

1. Instruct all users to exit the software.

2. Select Start > All Programs > SoftDent Software > SoftDent Utilities. The SoftDent Login window is displayed.

3. Type your user name and password and click OK. The SoftDent Utilities window is displayed.

4. Select Customize > Clear Scheduler Block. The Clear Scheduler Blocks Utility window is displayed.

5. Select the date range from which to remove the blocked out time.

6. Deselect the Clear Blocked Slots or Clear Slot Notes options, if necessary.

7. Click OK.

8. After the process is complete, restart the software.
