Submitting and Tracking Claims > Submitting Dental Claims
You can check the status of a claim when you submit it or after you submit it.
To check the status from the Claims window, click the Status tab or press Ctrl + Tab.
The following information is displayed:
Account guarantor
Insurance plan
Claim status
Form number
eVerifications insurance eligibility capability
If the current open claim is a primary claim, the Dr Signature on File option uses the primary plan's Dr Signature on File setting. If the current open claim is a secondary claim, the Dr Signature on File option uses the secondary plan's Dr Signature on File setting. In either case, you can manually change the setting before submitting the claim.
