Charting Mobility, Plaque, and Calculus

The degree of tooth mobility, plaque, and calculus do not display graphically, but are noted beneath the tooth.

To chart mobility, plaque, and calculus:

1. In the Chart for window, click the Perio tab.

2. Select the display mode on the Perio Views toolbar.

3. Select an option:

4. To chart plaque:To chart plaque:Select the tooth and select a button on the Plaque toolbar. The plaque degree is displayed beneath the tooth.

5. To chart mobility:To chart mobility:Select the tooth and select a button on the Mobility toolbar. The mobility degree is displayed beneath the tooth.

6. To chart calculus:To chart calculus:Select the tooth and select a button on the Calculus toolbar. The calculus degree is displayed beneath the tooth.
