Periodontal Charting

Charting Furcation Grades

To chart furcation grades:

1. In the Chart for window, click the Perio tab.

2. Select the display mode on the Perio Views toolbar.

3. Select the tooth, and select Furcation Grades on the Probe toolbar. The Furcation Grades Tooth window is displayed.

4. You must chart furcation grades on teeth with multiple roots.

4. Click the pocket, and select the class.

5. Click OK.
