Charting Supernumerary Teeth

To chart supernumerary teeth:

1. In the charting module, on the Conditions toolbar, click Other Conditions. The Clinical Conditions window is displayed.

2. Select ID 8 - Supernumerary.

3. Click Chart Selected.

4. Chart the supernumerary teeth.
