Charting Impacted Teeth

To chart impacted teeth:

1. In the charting module, on the Conditions toolbar, click Other Conditions. The Clinical Conditions window is displayed.

2. Select Impacted Horizontally or Impacted Vertically.

3. Click Chart Selected.

4. Chart the impacted teeth.
