Restorative Charting > Using Restorative Tab Toolbars
The Conditions toolbar commands enable you to chart tooth conditions. All conditions function as toggle switches: charting the same condition to the same tooth a second time removes the condition. To add a button to the toolbar, see Customizing Toolbars.
Click the icon for the description of the Conditions toolbar buttons.
