The Contacts Made report generates a list of all contacts with whom you have made contact.
You can run this report for:You can run this report for:
Patients
Accounts
Insurance plans
Insurance companies
Employers
Referring doctors
Providers
Pharmacies
Claims
Identification number
Name
Address
Phone numbers
Date on which the contact was made
Name of the user who made the contact
Contact method
To run the Contacts Made report:
Select Reports > Practice Management > Contact Reports > Contacts Made. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select the output option, and click OK. The Contacts By Date Range Report window is displayed.
Select the type of contact from the drop-down list.
Select the from and to dates from the drop-down lists.
Type an account identification number only if you are generating results for account records. Type a patient last name range only if you are generating results for patient records.
Click OK.
