Canceling Appointments

When you cancel an appointment, the appointment information is saved temporarily to enable you to:

• Reschedule the appointment immediately.

• Place it in the Tickler file to reschedule later.

To cancel an appointment, select an option:

• From the Daily Appointments window:From the Daily Appointments window:Select an appointment and click Cancel.

• From the Book At A Glance window:From the Book At A Glance window:Select an appointment and click Cancel.

• From the Patient List window:From the Patient List window:Select a patient and select Appointments from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The Patient Appointments window is displayed. Select an appointment and click Cancel.

• From the Patient window:From the Patient window:Select Appointments from the Options section of the Express bar or the Options menu. The Patient Appointments window is displayed. Select an appointment and click Cancel.

After canceling an appointment, you can:

• Reschedule the appointment.

• Place it in the Tickler file to reschedule later.
