Running the Bluebook Report

You can run the Bluebook report to generate bluebook data for insurance plans.

In addition to the reports provided with the software, you can run user-selected reports based on criteria that you define.

To generate the Bluebook report:

  1. Select Reports > Insurance > Bluebook. The Output Options window is displayed.

  2. Select an output option and click OK. The Bluebook Report Setup window is displayed.

  3. Select the starting and ending plans.

  4. Select an option:

  5. To include information associated with insurance plans that have bluebook entries:To include information associated with insurance plans that have bluebook entries:Select Include Only Plans with Bluebook Entries.

  6. To include information associated with all insurance plans:To include information associated with all insurance plans:Deselect Include Only Plans with Bluebook Entries.

  7. To include age limitations, tooth limitations, and waiting period information in the report:To include age limitations, tooth limitations, and waiting period information in the report:Select Include Limitation Information on Bluebook.

  1. Click OK.

The Percentage By Class section displays coverage information as entered on the Coverage tab of the Insurance Plan window. Bluebook entries are displayed after this information. The coverages and bluebook entries will differ according to the plan's estimation type.

Sample Report
