Setting Up Insurance > Running Insurance Reports
You can run the Bluebook report to generate bluebook data for insurance plans.
In addition to the reports provided with the software, you can run user-selected reports based on criteria that you define.
To generate the Bluebook report:
Select Reports > Insurance > Bluebook. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select an output option and click OK. The Bluebook Report Setup window is displayed.
Select the starting and ending plans.
Select an option:
To include age limitations, tooth limitations, and waiting period information in the report:To include age limitations, tooth limitations, and waiting period information in the report: Include Limitation Information on Bluebook.
Click OK.

The Percentage By Class section displays coverage information as entered on the Coverage tab of the Insurance Plan window. Bluebook entries are displayed after this information. The coverages and bluebook entries will differ according to the plan's estimation type.
