Printing Patient Labels by Birthday

To print patient labels by the patient’s birthday:

  1. Select Reports > Patient > Labels > Birthday Order. The Output Options window is displayed.

  2. Select from the following:

  3. To print individual labels on a label printer, select Printer.

  4. To print labels on a laser printer, select Laser Label File.

Click OK. The Patient Labels Birthday Label Setup window is displayed.

  1. Select the starting and ending patient names and starting and ending patient birth dates from the drop-down lists.

  2. Select an option:

  3. To include labels for patients with a specific user code:To include labels for patients with a specific user code:Type the code in the Include field.

  4. To exclude labels for patients with a specific user code:To exclude labels for patients with a specific user code:Type the code in the Exclude field.

  5. To restrict the patient labels to a specific age group:To restrict the patient labels to a specific age group:Type the starting and ending ages in the Age section.

  1. Type the number of lines per label in the Lines Per Label field.

  2. Click OK.

  3. If you selected the Printer option, the Printer Selection window is displayed. Verify the printer and click OK.

OR

If you selected the Laser Label File option, select Reports > Print Laser Labels. The Laser Labels window is displayed. The number of labels to be printed is displayed in the Count column.

Select Patient Labels, and click Print Selected on the Options section of the Express bar or Options menu. A message is displayed. Click Yes.

The Print window is displayed. Verify the printer and click OK. A message is displayed. Verify that the labels have printed correctly and click Yes.
