Viewing the Batched Statements Count

You can view a list of statements that are batched.

To view a list of batched statements:

1. Select Reports > Accounting > Statements > Batch Count. The Statements In Batch window is displayed.

2. Select from the following options:

3. To display this window each time you access the software:Select Show this window when starting SoftDent.

4. To close this window:Click Close.

5. To clear the batched list without generating the statements:Click Clear Batch. A message that asks you to confirm whether to clear the batch is displayed. Click Yes.

6. To run the batched statements:Click Run Batch. The Output Options window is displayed. Select the output option and click OK.
