Adding a Patient Portrait

At the patient's first visit, after the account has been activated, you can add a patient portrait.

To add a patient portrait:

1. Do one of the following:

• In the Patient Information window:Click Portrait > Create Portrait from the Options section of the Express Bar. The Patient Portrait window is displayed.

• In the patient chart:Click the avatar on the upper-left corner of the patient banner, or click the Capture Patient Portrait button on the Common toolbar. The Patient Portrait window is displayed.

2. Click the Import Images from a Digital Camera button. The Digital Camera Images window is displayed.

3. Click Browse, navigate to the folder containing your digital images, and click OK.

4. Select the portrait and click Import Images.

5. Click the X in the upper-right corner of the window to close the window.
