Adding Annotation Text and Notes

To add text or a note to an image:

1. On any tab in the Chart for window, select the image to annotate on the Clinical Images tab in the Clinical Detail Container, right-click, and select Annotate.

2. Select Annotation Text Tools.

3. Select buttons on the Image Annotate toolbar.

3. To specify the text or note text color, click the color box in the Attributes section. The Color window is displayed. Select the color and click OK.

4. Select an option:

5. To add text:Select Text and use the pointer to select the insertion point. Type the text in the box.

6. To add a note:Select Note and use the pointer to select the insertion point. Type the note in the box.

5. To hide text and note annotations, deselect Show Annotations.

6. Select Save Annotations.
