Use contact memos to add reminders about pending contacts with patients and insurance companies. Memos are also a convenient means of interoffice communication and personal reminders. When you create a memo, you specify when the reminder first appears and how often it is displayed.
To add a contact memo:
In the Contact Expert window, select a record from the list in the left pane.
Select an option:
The Memos window is displayed.
To change the date on which the memo first is displayed, click the Appear On drop-down list, select a date, and click OK.
Select how frequently you want the memo to appear from the Frequency drop-down list.
Type the sender’s name in the From field.
Type the memo recipient’s name in the To field.
Type the message text in the Message field.
Click OK.
