Adding Contact Notes

To speed the contact process, you can define up to 10 contact notes. You can select these predefined notes from the contact expert instead of typing each note individually.

To add a note to a contact:

  1. In the Contact Expert window, select a record from the list in the left pane.

  2. Select a predefined note from the drop-down list in the Notes section. For more information, see Setting Up Contact Notes.

  3. Type a note in the Notes field.

  4. Click Log Contact and Remove.
