Setting Up Accounts > Running Account Reports
The Account List by Zip Code report lists accounts sorted alphabetically by the account guarantor's zip code. Information on this list includes account guarantor one's home phone number, current balance, and whether the guarantor has insurance.
To run the Account List by Zip Code report:
Select Reports > Account > Zip Code Order. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select an output and click OK. The List Accounts By Zip Code window is displayed.
In the Account Zip Codes section, click the drop-down arrows to select the starting and ending zip codes you want in the report.
Select Include Inactive Accts to include inactive accounts in the report.
In the Account User Codes section, type the user codes you want to include or exclude from the report.
If you selected the Merge Letter Expert output option, the Letter Expert Template ID field is active. Click the drop-down arrow to select a template from the list.
If you are exporting the report to Excel, the following options are selected:
Deselect an option if you do not want that type of data to display. If you leave both options selected, the report information is displayed on two tabs in the Excel spreadsheet.
Deselect Include Color/Shading if you do not want shading on the report.
Click OK.
