Accessing the Carestream Dental Institute

You can use the Carestream Dental Institute (CDI) website to access training and information about your software.

A link to the Carestream Dental Institute is also available in your software. Select Help > Carestream Dental Institute.

Note: You must have an active internet connection and a valid login and password to access the Carestream Dental Institute.

Registering

Before you can access an interactive web training course, you must register with the Carestream Dental Institute.

New customers receive their Carestream Dental Institute login information by email.

To register for a CDI account:

  1. Click Contact Us or type https://www.carestreamdental.com/en-us/about/contact-us/ into the internet browser address field.

  2. Select Request a CDI Account from the Purpose drop-down list.

  3. Type the information for your office and click Submit.

Logging In

To log in to the Carestream Dental Institute:

  1. From your software, select Help > Carestream Dental Institute or type https://www.carestreamdental.com/cdi into the internet browser address field. The Carestream Dental Institute home page is displayed. Verify this menu path in your software.

  2. Click Sign In.

  3. Type your email address in the Email Address field.

  4. Type your password in the Password field.

  5. Click SIGN IN. The Carestream Dental Institute home page now displays your name at the top.

Note: If this is your first time signing into the CDI after confirming that your account was created, click Complete Registration, rather than entering your email address and password. If you do not yet have an account, see the Registering section of this topic.
