Accessing the Contact Expert from the Office Expert

After running an office expert item, you can take action and view the output in the contact expert. The contact list and contact-specific information are displayed in the Contact Expert window for easy reference during communication with a contact.

Example:Example:After running the Outstanding Claims By Company (Elec) report in the office expert, click Take Action. A list of insurance companies and their identification numbers are displayed in the left pane of the Contact Expert window. You can call an insurance company, view a list of previous company contacts, view claim information, add notes, and log the contact.

To access the Contact Expert window from the Office Expert window:

1. Select an item from the list.

2. Click Take Action. The Contact Expert window is displayed.
