Accessing the Software

To access the software:

1. Select an option:

• Double-click the SoftDent icon () located on your desktop.

• Click Start and select All Programs > SoftDent Software > SoftDent Software.

The SoftDent Login window is displayed.

2. Type your user name and password and click OK.

• If you are the first person to use the software after installation, type the default user name, DOCTOR, in the Name field, and type the default password, DOCTOR12, in the Password field. The default name and password give you access to all application features.

OR

If a fingerprint scanner is attached to the computer and you have a fingerprint in the database, scan your fingerprint.
