Select Support from
the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the page, or click
the Support icon. 
You can find answers to common questions by using the Support window.
To access the window:
Select Support from
the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the page, or click
the Support icon.
Type search words in the Support Search field. The Support window is displayed.
Use the Chat window to contact Support immediately.
To use the Chat feature:
In the upper-right corner of the window, click ? below your name.
To access the Chat button, perform a search in the Support Search field.
In the lower-right corner of the window, click Live chat and type your inquiry in the Message field.
Click Start chatting.
Use the Contact Us feature to ask questions, provide feedback, or report a bug.
