To facilitate your call, have the following information ready:
Your customer ID number
The version number of your software
The number of computers in your practice including the server
The operating systems that are running on the affected computers
When the issue started
Whether the office has recently installed any updates
Note: The customer ID number is also known as the client code, the support ID number or the account number.
To find your customer ID number:
From the Help menu, click About. The About window is displayed.
Locate the Client Code.
