Registering for The Exchange

You can view all available content on The Exchange without an account, however, you need a free account to ask or answer questions, maintain a profile, or interact with other PracticeWorks users, as well as support representatives and trainers.

To register an individual for The Exchange:

  1. Click The Exchange, or type https://community.carestreamdental.com. The welcome page for The Exchange is displayed.

  2. Click Sign In. The Sign In window is displayed.

  3. Click the New User? Register here link. The Register window is displayed.

  4. Complete all fields in the window, and click Register.

  5. Once you have an account and log in, click the avatar at the upper-right corner of the window, and click My Settings to add more information about yourself and set your preferences on the Personal, Preferences, Avatars, Tagging, Macros, and Subscriptions and Notifications tabs.
