You can only remove a prescription from the Prescription Drug List window if it has never been prescribed for a patient. If a drug has been prescribed, you can mark it Inactive.
To change information on the Prescription Drug form:
From the Lists menu, select Prescription Drugs. The Prescription Drug List window is displayed.
Select the name of the drug.
Click Edit. The Prescription Drug window is displayed.
Select Inactive.
Click OK.
To view inactive prescriptions, select Show Inactive on the Prescription Drug List window.
