You can use the Carestream Dental Institute website (CDI) to access training and information about your software.
A link to the Carestream Dental Institute is also available in your software. Select Help > Carestream Dental Institute.
You must have an active internet connection and a valid login and password to access the Carestream Dental Institute.
Before you can access an interactive web training course, you must register with the Carestream Dental Institute.
New customers receive their Carestream Dental Institute login information by email.
To register for an interactive web training course:
Click Carestream Dental Institute Registration or type http://www.carestreamdental.com/dentalinstitute into the internet browser address field.
Click Register.
In the Registration User Information sheet, type the information for your office.
Email or fax the form to Carestream Dental.
To log in to the Carestream Dental Institute:
From your software, select Help > Carestream Dental Institute.
Type your email address in the User Name field.
Type your password in the Password field.
Click Enter. The Carestream Dental Institute home page is displayed.
