Downloading Exchange Elements

Once you identify the Expert Exchange elements you want to use, you must download them to your computer.

To download elements from the Expert Exchange server:

From the Download Exchange Pack tab, select the checkboxes of the exchange packs you want to download. The description of the selected pack is displayed in the bottom portion of the widow.
Click Download in the lower-right corner of the window. The Expert Exchange begins copying the files to your computer. After the expert pack downloads, it is installed automatically.
Make sure the Install to Tutorial Database checkbox is selected. It is recommended that you install packs to this database first. After you have reviewed the pack in the Tutorial and are satisfied with the way it works, then you can deselect this checkbox and download to your live database.

Installing from a Disk

To install an expert pack from a file you have on disk:

On the disk, locate the expert pack file with the .eep extension, and double-click the file. The Expert Exchange program is launched, and the Install Expert Pack from Disk window is displayed.
Click OK.
