When you open PracticeWorks, the Appointment Book is displayed for the current day.
The appointments display showing the patient’s name, appointment type, and scheduled time. In the interest of patient privacy, you can display the Appointment Book in Privacy mode, which displays the appointment with no names, or with the patient’s initials.
To see a patient’s name, right-click the appointment. The patient’s name is on the top of the menu that is displayed. If you have appointment tool tips turned on, when in Privacy mode, you can hold the cursor over the appointment to see the patient’s name.
You can toggle Privacy mode on and off using the Name icon on the Toolbar or the Privacy mode option on the ApptBook menu.
