Registering for a Carestream Dental Institute Account

Before you can access an interactive web training course, you must register with the Carestream Dental Institute.

New customers receive their Carestream Dental Institute login information by email. For more information, see Logging In to the Carestream Dental Institute.

To register an individual for an interactive web training course:

Click Carestream Dental Institute Registration or type http://www.carestreamdental.com/dentalinstitute into the internet browser address field.
Click Register.
In the Registration User Information sheet, type the information for your office.
Email or fax the form to Carestream Dental.
