You can use The Exchange, Carestream Dental's online user community, to ask questions, find answers to common questions, make suggestions, and interact with other PEARL Module users, support representatives, and trainers.
To access The Exchange:
Click The Exchange, or type http://community.carestreamdental.com/ into the internet browser address field. The welcome page for The Exchange is displayed.
Do one of the following:
If you have a user name and password, click Sign In. See Signing In to The Exchange for more information.
To register, click Sign In.
Click the New User? Register here link. See Registering for the Exchange for more information.
You must have an active internet connection to access The Exchange.
