Performing Auxiliary Functions > Using the Roladdress
To view a card in the Roladdress:
In the Search For section of the Roladdress window, select one of the following options:
Select the types of accounts you want to include in your search. To select all account options, click Select All. To deselect all options, click Clear All.
You must select at least one option to perform a search.
Type the information of the individual or business for which you are searching in the appropriate field and click Search. The Roladdress window displays the results of your search, including the party type, name, address, home phone number, work phone number, e-mail or other phone number, and patient ID and DOB when applicable.
Search results include all values contained in the typed information. For example, performing a search based on typing "mit" in the Last Name field displays entries with the last names Mitchell, Smith, and Summit.
Select the name of the individual or business you want and click View, or double-click the selected name. The Roladdress Card window is displayed.
The information displayed can be edited if you have the appropriate security rights, or if the individual or business is in the Public section.
Click OK.
To reset the Roladdress window, click Reset Search Options.
