Suggested Patient Flow Reports

Following are some Patient Flow report options you might want to set up:

To track assistant activity, select the following options from the Patient Flow Reports window.
- In the Generate Report for section, enter the Date Range.
- In the Sort Report By section, select Assistant.
- In the Report Type section, select Summary Report/Subtotal After Each Assistant.
- In the Schedule Office section, select Specific Office (if more than one).
To track office activity, select the following options from the Patient Flow Reports window:
- In the Generate Report for section, enter the Date Range.
- In the Sort Report By section, select Appointment Date.
- In the Report Type section, select Summary Report/Subtotal After Each Day.
- In the Schedule Office section, select Specific Office (if more than one).
To track activity for the entire practice, select the following options from the Patient Flow Reports window.
- In the Generate Report for section, enter the Date Range.
- In the Sort Report By section, select Appointment Date or Assistant.
- In the Report Type section, select Summary Report/Subtotal After Each Day/Assistant.
- In the Schedule Office section, select All Offices.

The Patient Flow report also displays the total time a doctor spent at the chair with each patient, categorized by Shortest time, Longest time, and Average time.

To use this feature, the stand-alone light bar must be enabled, with the Dr. Is Here and Dr. Is Finished options activated.
