To protect the integrity and confidentiality of your financial records, you should limit the number of staff members who can access financial data. The security features of the software enable you to control which staff members have permission to perform financial functions such as posting charges and payments, making adjustments, printing a daysheet, running the roll, and so on. You also can restrict staff members from viewing production totals and other sensitive financial information.
Using the security function, you can set up staff profiles to customize permissions for individual employees. If necessary, you can give a staff member a login override, which enables him to temporarily access a function. See Setting Up Security for more information.
