Using Additional Modules, Products, and Services > Additional Products > Using the Patient Education Integration
If you have purchased ScreenPlay presentation software, you can set up the ScreenPlay Integration window and launch the ScreenPlay software from inside OrthoTrac.
To configure the ScreenPlay integration:
From the main menu, select Functions > Maintenance Set-up > Patient Ed Integration. The Patient Education Setup window is displayed.
You must have security access to configure this integration. See Setting Up Security Permissions for more information.
Select Screen Play. The Setup button is enabled.
Click Setup. The ScreenPlay Integration (Configure ScreenPlay) window is displayed.
Click OK.
You can launch the ScreenPlay software from the following areas:
Select Functions > Patient Chart > Launch Patient Ed.
Select Functions > Launch Patient Ed.
Patient Information windowPatient Information window
Click the Patient Ed. button at the bottom of the window.
Charting moduleCharting module
Click the Patient Ed. button at the bottom of any of the tabs.
Point-of-care modulePoint-of-care module
Click the Patient Ed. button at the bottom of the Charting window.
Patient trackingPatient tracking
Select Functions > Launch Patient Ed.
