Removing Promises

You can remove all promises on accounts, or you can specify promises made prior to a certain date. You can also remove promises only from zero balance accounts.

To remove promises from accounts:

1. From the Setup menu, select Remove Promises. The Remove Promises window is displayed.

2. Select one of the following options:

4. Remove all promises from zero balance accounts

5. Remove all promises

6. If you select the Remove all promises prior to option, you must select a date.

3. Click OK. The Removed Promises Report window is displayed.

4. Select print options and click OK. The report is generated.
