Printing Employer Labels

To print an individual mailing label or a chart label for an employer:

  1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Employer Maintenance from the menu bar.

  2. Click Label. The Printing Label for: Employer Name window is displayed.

  3. Select the type of label to print by clicking the appropriate option button.

  4. Make changes to the appearance of the label, if necessary, by using the Font and Size drop-down arrows and the Bold, Italic, and Underline buttons.

  5. Use the drop-down list to select a printer, if necessary.

  6. Click OK.
