Financial Function Buttons

The function buttons in the Financial Functions windows enable you to access all financial functions for the selected account, provided you have the appropriate security permissions and have purchased the additional modules.

Charges and Payments

Enables you to enter charges or procedures and any payments for the selected account, as well as post comments to the ledger.

Adjustments

Adjustments
Enables you to correct posting errors, transfer balances, issue refunds, and post discounts and write-offs.

Totals

Totals
Enables you to view the balance and aging information for the selected account.

Ledger

Ledger
Enables you to view a record of all financial transactions for the selected account.

Financial Estimator Setup

Financial Estimator Setup
Enables you to update contract details using an interactive display of fee presentation and financial data.

Contracts and Payment Plans

Contracts and Payment Plans
Enables you to enter and maintain contracts and payment arrangements.

Promises/Collections

Promises/Collections
Enables you to enter and review promises related to collection activity for the account.

Auto Payments

Auto Payments
Enables you to set up and maintain information for automatic payments from credit cards, electronic bank drafts, or post-dated checks (Canada only).

Claims

Claims
Enables you to add, change, copy, or print insurance claims for a patient.

Post Transactions

Post Transactions
Enables you to save information entered on any of the financial windows.

Close

Close
Enables you to close the Financial Functions window.
