Configuring OrthoTrac > Using the Options Menu
Use the Copy Database Files feature to update your local workstation after making changes or adding information to the software. Instead of exiting and restarting the software when you make changes with the Maintenance function, you can select Options > Copy Database Files.
Changes you make are visible only on the workstation at which you made the changes. To make your changes visible on other workstations in your office, use the Copy Database Files feature or exit and restart the program on the other workstations.
To copy database files:
Select Options > Copy Database Files.
