Exporting Face Scans to STL/PLY/OBJ Files

You can export face scans to third-party STL, PLY, and OBJ files.

To export a face scan to a STL, PLY, or OBJ file:

1. Right-click the face scan object. The context menu is displayed.

2. Select Export to STL, Export to PLY, or Export to OBJ. The Export window is displayed.

3. Click the ellipsis to select a folder for the exported file and type a name for the exported file.

• We recommended exporting the file to an empty folder to prevent any mix-up of the exported data.

4. Click OK. A message is displayed that the file has been successfully exported to the selected file path.

5. Be sure to send all exported files to your vendor.
