Registering a New Software Installation

To register a new software installation:

In the Registration Reminder window, select Yes, I want to register now, and click OK. The Registration window is displayed.
Select a method for retrieving your registration code: Automatically via the Internet or Contact support by telephone. Try selecting Automatically via the Internet first. If this method fails, select Contact support by telephone, and click OK.

Note: The Registration window is displayed only when you are upgrading to the next major release, such as from 11.00 to 12.00.

If you selected the Contact support by telephone option, the Registration window is displayed, prompting you to enter your code. The Customer ID and Hardware ID are also displayed, and you can provide these numbers to Support to obtain your registration code.

Enter the code in the Registration Code field and click OK.

Note: If you are unable to register your software at this time, click Cancel to continue with the update. You have seven days to register your product.

The Status of CS OMS Imaging 11.18 Server Update window is displayed again, indicating the progress of the installation. A message is displayed to inform you that the server installation is complete.

Click OK, and then click Exit. You can now install the software on your workstations. See Installing CS OMS Imaging on a Workstation.
