Setting RVG Imaging Preferences

To set options for acquiring x-ray images using the CS X-Ray tab:

  1. Click Preferences Button. The CS OMS Imaging Software Preferences window is displayed.

  2. Click the CS X-Ray tab.

  3. Imaging hardware must be connected for this tab to be visible. The options available on this tab depend on the imaging hardware installed on your system.

  1. Select one of the following options:

  2. For the RVG 6500, select New 6500 Contrast.

  3. For the RVG 5100/6100 and higher, select Higher Sharpness or Optimized Contrast and Sharpness.

  1. Click OK.
