Select a gallery from the Display Gallery menu.
Select a visit from the Table of Contents.
Click 
on the Imaging toolbar.
Managing Objects > Working with Galleries > Using the Gallery Edit View
To open the Gallery Edit View:
Select a gallery from the Display Gallery menu.
Select a visit from the Table of Contents.
Click on the Imaging toolbar.
The gallery is displayed in the Gallery Edit View.
