Importing and Exporting Face Scans

You can import a face scan as you would any other object in the CS OMS Imaging software. For more information, see Importing Objects.

To export a face scan:

Right-click the face scan object. The context menu is displayed.
Select Export. The Browse for Folder window is displayed.
Select an empty folder to which to export the 3D volume.

OR

Select a location and click Make New Folder to create a new folder for the exported file.
The selected folder should be a sub-folder of your drive, not in the root (such as C:\, D:\, E:\, etc.). Also, you should not use a personal folder such as the default Pictures or Documents folders. A reminder message is displayed when you select a folder informing you that it is important that you share the selected folder on to the network, and you also need to make sure that you add this folder to your regular back up schedule.
To complete the export, click OK. The CS OMS Imaging software window is displayed.
