Emboss Tool

The Emboss tool raises the edges of an image.

To emboss an image:

  1. Click Emboss Button. The Emboss window is displayed.

  2. Select the direction of the emboss from the Direction list.

  3. Enter the amount of depth in the Depth field, or use the scroll bar to adjust the depth. A higher amount of depth results in greater detail in the embossed image.

  4. The results of your depth and direction selections are displayed in the preview pane of the Emboss window.

  1. Click OK. The image is embossed.

To revert to the original image, click Emboss Button again.
