Editing Hard Tissue Landmarks

Although you can correct landmarks during the entry process, it is sometimes necessary to correct landmarks on a completed tracing.

• You can edit only original tracings, not tracings created during a VTO or STO.

To edit landmarks on the cephalometric image:

1. While viewing the original tracing, click . The Tracing window is displayed.

2. To open the Tracing window, make sure the Analysis, Orthodontics, Surgery, and Superimposition buttons are not selected on the toolbar.

2. Click Fix Landmark Placement. The cephalometric image and tracing are displayed in the Digitizing/Editing window.

3. To enable editing, select Allow Template editing at the bottom of the Digitizing/Editing window.

4. Click and drag a landmark to a new position.

5. After you reposition all necessary landmarks, click Done.
