Exercise 1:  In the Image Viewing Workspace, practice selecting and moving images.

To select and move images:

  1. Open four images in the Image Viewing Workspace.

  2. Drag and drop each image to a different location in the workspace.

  3. Change the size of an image by clicking and dragging the border of the image.

  4. Press Ctrl and select each image or press Ctrl+A to select all images.

  5. Close the images by right-clicking in the workspace and selecting Clear Workspace.

Exercise 2:  Create and edit an analysis.

To create an analysis:

  1. In the Image Viewing Workspace, click .

  2. From the Screen Options drop-down list, select Save Analysis. The Analysis window is displayed.

  3. Click Create.

  4. In the Title field, enter a name for the analysis, but do not add a comment.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Click Close.

To edit the analysis you just created:

  1. In the Image Viewing Workspace, click .

  2. From the Screen Options drop-down list, select Load Analysis. The Analysis window is displayed.

  3. Select the analysis you just created.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. In the Comments field, type a comment.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Click Close.

Exercise 3:  Delete an analysis.

To delete an analysis:

  1. In the Image Viewing Workspace, click .

  2. From the Screen Options drop-down list, select Load Analysis. The Analysis window is displayed.

  3. Select the analysis you just created. The analysis is displayed in blue.

  4. Click Delete. A message is displayed.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Click Close.
